On behalf of Cosplay Bay of Plenty, CNZ Wild Adventures / deWildCosplay organise the unofficial after party when our regional pop-culture expo is here, as well as mid-winter dinners, picnics and community events, including the Trustpower Tauranga Santa Parade

TAURANGA SANTA PARADE

DECEMBER - 2016 - 2017 - 2018 - 2019

Initially entering the TrustPower Tauranga Santa Parade as a community entry walking float, the cosplay characters were a huge hit with the crowd and Cosplay BOP were invited to provide characters for the official floats as well as still maintaining their own walking entry..

Cosplayers travel from all over New Zealand to participate in this parade.

COSPLAY BOP CHRISTMAS LUNCH

DECEMBER - 2016 - 2017 - 2018 - 2019

Following the Santa Parade, the cosplayer's sneak off for their own private Cosplay BOP Christmas party together.

Sometimes a picnic on the waterfront or at a local bar / restaurant, this crazy family love to spend time together 

COSPLAY BOP SUMMER PICNIC

JANUARY - 2015 - 2016 - 2017- 2018 - 2019 - 2020

Pick a park or beach front, add a blanket, some food to share and the Cosplay BOP Summer Picnic is a chance for all the cosplay families, including children to share an afternoon together.

COSPLAY BOP END OF THE WORLD PARTY

JUNE - 2017 - 2018 - 2019 - 2020

The unofficial after-party following Armageddon Expo Tauranga, the Cosplay Bay of Plenty "End of the World Party"

This is a ticketed costume R18 event for cosplaye's and the cosplay community only, with DJ Candyman / Groove DJ's rocking the tunes, supper and spot prizes.

And kept nice and secure by Watchmen Security.

COSPLAY BOP MID-WINTER DINNER

JULY/AUGUST - 2016 - 2017 - 2018 - 2019 

Cosplay Bay of Plenty mid-winter dinner has been a long standing social event, previously held at Barrio Brothers Tauranga and this year at Gengy's Mongolian Restaurant.

Open to any cosplayers to RSVP and attend, with cosplay encouraged. 

No evening is complete without our compulsory walk down to the Downtown Tauranga Wings for group & individual photos.

COSPLAY BOP COS-BUILD NIGHTS

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS - weekly

Paul & Rozanne de Wild open their home each Wednesday evening for the local cosplayers to meet up for cos-build nights...

... not a lot of cos-build goes on as it's more of a social excuse to hang out, have a drink or two, eat nibbles and gossip about plans for the next convention or expo.

Inspired by fantasy masquerades and hotel based conventions abroad, CNZ Wild Adventures presents the "Costumier's Fantasy Masquerade Ball" weekend

Two full evenings of glorious and terrifying costumes, music, socialising, food and drinks, all held within the warmth of a hotel.
